Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to lead customer engagement and retention marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM vision and roadmap to enhance customer experience and business impact
  • Coach and motivate a high-performing CRM team to drive growth through testing and experimentation
  • Align CRM strategies with company objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementation


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in email, mobile push notifications, and SMS marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience managing a CRM team
  • Deep understanding of lifecycles, segmentation, and user behavior analytics
  • Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
  • High proficiency in SQL and customer analytics
