Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to lead customer engagement and retention marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a CRM vision and roadmap to enhance customer experience and business impact
- Coach and motivate a high-performing CRM team to drive growth through testing and experimentation
- Align CRM strategies with company objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementation
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in email, mobile push notifications, and SMS marketing campaigns
- 3+ years of experience managing a CRM team
- Deep understanding of lifecycles, segmentation, and user behavior analytics
- Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
- High proficiency in SQL and customer analytics
