Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Manager to plan and execute impactful campaigns using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns while tracking results to optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM readiness for new market launches
- Oversee reporting requirements and refine existing CRM processes
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM processes and marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with no-code CRM platforms, such as Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io
- Upper intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
