Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of CRM strategies for iGaming, casino, and sports brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies covering the customer lifecycle
- Manage and implement CRM budgets to increase profitability and generate customer engagement strategies
- Monitor key retention metrics and create targeted segments for campaigns using customer data
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in gambling or betting
- Experience with email service providers and CRM systems
- Familiarity with managing significant marketing or sales budgets
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and analyze campaign performance
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
