Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM systems
- Evaluate and implement process improvements for CRM integrations and workflows
- Provide documentation and reporting on project metrics and progress
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to project management and project-based work structures
