Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Systems Analyst I responsible for delivering reliable solutions and technology to improve sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM systems
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements for CRM integrations and workflows
  • Provide documentation and reporting on project metrics and progress

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to project management and project-based work structures
