Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Analyst I MSRDP within the Revenue Cycle Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient/client calls and resolve billing inquiries
• Update patient demographics and process credit card payments
• Document account actions and review discrepancies in account balances

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of directly related medical billing and customer service experience
• Some college education preferred
