Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate to provide exceptional service to customers regarding inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers via email or chat to address inquiries and resolve complaints
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions and follow up as needed
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with team members to ensure customer coverage
Required Qualifications
- 0-6 months of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support)
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications
- Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology and systems
- Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of customer characters
