Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Associate will serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving inquiries and concerns while working remotely from home in Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on plans, products, and processes
- Document and code all customer interactions accurately, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Communicate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
- High-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements
- Familiarity with call center technologies is preferred
