Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Care Associate will serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving inquiries and concerns while working remotely from home in Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on plans, products, and processes
  • Document and code all customer interactions accurately, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Required qualifications
