Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers and distributors receive adequate support for technical issues
  • Assist with medical imaging software and hardware implementations
  • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT Technical Support role
  • Knowledge in Healthcare imaging Standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE)
  • BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science, or related discipline
  • Experience in PACS software implementation, upgrades, and bug issues
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to meet business requirements
