Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers and distributors receive adequate support for technical issues
- Assist with medical imaging software and hardware implementations
- Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT Technical Support role
- Knowledge in Healthcare imaging Standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE)
- BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science, or related discipline
- Experience in PACS software implementation, upgrades, and bug issues
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to meet business requirements
