Job Summary

  • Enhance customer experience by going the extra mile to delight customers and reduce cancellations

Required Qualifications:
  • Technical software experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be friendly, professional, and committed to building long-term customer relationships
  • Organized and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
  • Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and take direction effectively
