Job Summary

- Support customers through calls, emails, and chat requests, resolving issues and processing account changes
- Provide ad-hoc training and guidance on using the PaySimple solution effectively
- Enhance customer experience by going the extra mile to delight customers and reduce cancellations
Required Qualifications:
- Technical software experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be friendly, professional, and committed to building long-term customer relationships
- Organized and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
- Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and take direction effectively
