Providing essential support to pet parents, the full-time Customer Care Representative will manage high volumes of phone calls and emails, assisting with policy inquiries and claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to 70-90 phone calls daily, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Address customer emails promptly and professionally, resolving inquiries and concerns
  • Assist other departments with policy procedures and adjustments, ensuring a collaborative work environment
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center setting
  • Strong mental and emotional resilience to handle challenging customer interactions
  • Basic technical proficiency in navigating multiple software applications
