Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Education Specialist to enhance customer engagement through educational content and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create eLearning courses, video tutorials, and reference guides
  • Develop and present webinars and workshops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new features and initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, instructional design, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with video editing software and course authoring tools
  • Demonstrated experience in designing engaging adult learning experiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
