Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Education Specialist to enhance customer engagement through educational content and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eLearning courses, video tutorials, and reference guides
- Develop and present webinars and workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new features and initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in communication, instructional design, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with video editing software and course authoring tools
- Demonstrated experience in designing engaging adult learning experiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
