Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to drive customer satisfaction and platform adoption through onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure effective platform adoption
  • Execute complex research projects, providing customized solutions and insights to enterprise customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing success with the platform

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and executing research studies
  • Strong expertise in survey design and statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
  • Experience with TURF analysis, Crosstabs analysis, and MaxDiff analysis
  • Proficiency in programming survey questionnaires using software like Alchemer
  • Experience leading workshops and training sessions
