Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist responsible for managing account requests and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process new account requests from providers
- Troubleshoot technical issues with account setup and perform consumer outreach
- Maintain EpicCare Link and process medical requests and account mergers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and/or system navigation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel macros and pivot tables
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
