Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Specialist responsible for managing account requests and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and process new account requests from providers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with account setup and perform consumer outreach
  • Maintain EpicCare Link and process medical requests and account mergers

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and/or system navigation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel macros and pivot tables
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
