Job Summary

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to maximize value and ROI from the product
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring all strategic engagement services deliverables are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer engagement, success, account management, or SaaS platforms
- Technical background or experience, familiar with APIs and SQL
- Experience managing technical projects
- Preferred experience in the financial crime sector
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
