  • Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring all strategic engagement services deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer engagement, success, account management, or SaaS platforms
  • Technical background or experience, familiar with APIs and SQL
  • Experience managing technical projects
  • Preferred experience in the financial crime sector
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
