- Collaborate with customer engagement managers to support identified accounts
- Track key metrics and manage key issues that arise with customers
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant end-to-end experience in managing customer experience
- Experience in process management
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience in strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration
