Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Agent, focusing on chat support and patient assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with concerns and questions through the application and customer support messaging system
  • Spend the majority of time providing patient support via chat
  • Coordinate logistics for prescription insurance and medication delivery while advocating for patients with insurance companies and pharmacies

Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of written customer support experience
  • Familiarity with technology and computer usage
  • Regular and reliable attendance with adherence to a scheduled shift
  • A quiet home environment for receiving and making calls
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
