Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Agent, focusing on chat support and patient assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with concerns and questions through the application and customer support messaging system
- Spend the majority of time providing patient support via chat
- Coordinate logistics for prescription insurance and medication delivery while advocating for patients with insurance companies and pharmacies
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of written customer support experience
- Familiarity with technology and computer usage
- Regular and reliable attendance with adherence to a scheduled shift
- A quiet home environment for receiving and making calls
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
