Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to manage inbound customer interactions and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 40-50 post-sales calls/chats daily with a focus on single call resolution
  • Maintain customer records accurately in Salesforce.com and report inefficiencies using Zendesk/JIRA
  • Participate in small group trainings and complete monthly Brand Sales Trainings

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service-related role
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ WPM for chat
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments
