Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for premium Enterprise Level accounts, providing timely and accurate support
- Proactively monitor customer environments, notify about bugs, issues, and new features
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on events and milestones, and maintain high service standards
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in SaaS customer-facing roles
- Previous experience working with enterprise level accounts
- Availability for work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, & Asana is an advantage
- Knowledge of Compensation/Benefits/Integrations in the HR space is an advantage
