Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist in New York.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for premium Enterprise Level accounts, providing timely and accurate support
  • Proactively monitor customer environments, notify about bugs, issues, and new features
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on events and milestones, and maintain high service standards

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in SaaS customer-facing roles
  • Previous experience working with enterprise level accounts
  • Availability for work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, & Asana is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Compensation/Benefits/Integrations in the HR space is an advantage
