Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Customer Health programs to enhance customer experience and streamline the CSAM role
- Engage with Customer Success stakeholders to drive positive impact and lead cross-functional teams
- Synthesize business insights to identify risks and opportunities for program improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years of experience in customer success program management
- Proven experience in Customer Success and Global Support functions
- Strong understanding of customer-centric service delivery and support models
