Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Health Business Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Customer Health programs to enhance customer experience and streamline the CSAM role
  • Engage with Customer Success stakeholders to drive positive impact and lead cross-functional teams
  • Synthesize business insights to identify risks and opportunities for program improvement

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years of experience in customer success program management
  • Proven experience in Customer Success and Global Support functions
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric service delivery and support models
