Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to manage customer implementation projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including planning, execution, and communication with customers
- Gather customer requirements and provide guidance on best practices to meet business needs
- Maintain project documentation and seek feedback for continuous improvement in the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of project management or software implementation experience
- Ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry and product knowledge
- Functional proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the insurance industry or with EZLynx software is a plus
