Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to manage customer implementation projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including planning, execution, and communication with customers
  • Gather customer requirements and provide guidance on best practices to meet business needs
  • Maintain project documentation and seek feedback for continuous improvement in the implementation process

Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry and product knowledge
  • Functional proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the insurance industry or with EZLynx software is a plus
