Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to enhance customer experience and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective survey strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive post-survey analysis to uncover valuable customer insights
  • Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to stakeholders across the organization

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis roles
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI)
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not required
