Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Loyalty Consultant to oversee and enhance their rewards program and related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of loyalty and private label credit card programs, including promotions and performance measurement
- Develop strategies to improve the customer experience and address escalated issues related to the loyalty program
- Collaborate with various teams to define priorities and enhance the digital loyalty experience
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with retail loyalty programs or private label credit programs
- 2+ years of experience in building and presenting business cases to senior leadership
- Experience in omni-channel marketing within the retail industry is highly preferred
