Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Loyalty Consultant to oversee and enhance their rewards program and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of loyalty and private label credit card programs, including promotions and performance measurement
  • Develop strategies to improve the customer experience and address escalated issues related to the loyalty program
  • Collaborate with various teams to define priorities and enhance the digital loyalty experience


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with retail loyalty programs or private label credit programs
  • 2+ years of experience in building and presenting business cases to senior leadership
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing within the retail industry is highly preferred
