Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing & Reference Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer speaker program for events, identifying advocates for presentations
- Oversee the global customer reference program, including strategy and execution
- Review and fulfill reference requests from sales and communicate program performance to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or advocacy, preferably in B2B/B2C software
- Experience sourcing and managing speakers for live events
- Strong project management skills with a focus on results and execution
- Experience using Salesforce and Marketo (or similar tools)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and application of best practices in customer marketing
