Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (Contract) to support lifecycle marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer marketing across the post-sale journey, focusing on implementation, onboarding, usage, renewal, and advocacy
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance key touchpoints in the post-sale journey
  • Develop marketing collateral and customer advocacy programs, including strategic references and referrals


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer and/or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to SaaS customers, particularly in B2B environments
  • Demonstrated experience in building advocacy and loyalty programs
  • Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Proficient in creating enablement and marketing collateral
