Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (Contract) to support lifecycle marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer marketing across the post-sale journey, focusing on implementation, onboarding, usage, renewal, and advocacy
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance key touchpoints in the post-sale journey
- Develop marketing collateral and customer advocacy programs, including strategic references and referrals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer and/or lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience marketing to SaaS customers, particularly in B2B environments
- Demonstrated experience in building advocacy and loyalty programs
- Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Proficient in creating enablement and marketing collateral
