Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager for a 4-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementations of Forma for customers from post-sales to successful launch
  • Partner with client contacts in HR Benefits and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Prepare project plans, maintain client communications, and monitor project progress

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in support, project management, or related role
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end to end
  • Ability to communicate and work across client organizations
  • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
