Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager for a 4-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations of Forma for customers from post-sales to successful launch
- Partner with client contacts in HR Benefits and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding
- Prepare project plans, maintain client communications, and monitor project progress
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in support, project management, or related role
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end to end
- Ability to communicate and work across client organizations
- Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
