Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to enhance customer experiences through process improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Diagnose pain points in existing processes and design solutions to address them
- Identify areas for robotic process automation and support implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications and Training
- Passion for process and documentation with strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn tools such as MS PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and HelpSystems (Fortra)
- Open to completing Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training if not already certified
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus
- Exposure to Business Process Management is beneficial
