Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to enhance customer experiences through process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Diagnose pain points in existing processes and design solutions to address them
  • Identify areas for robotic process automation and support implementation of solutions

Required Qualifications and Training
  • Passion for process and documentation with strong organizational skills
  • Eager to learn tools such as MS PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and HelpSystems (Fortra)
  • Open to completing Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training if not already certified
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Exposure to Business Process Management is beneficial
