Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Strategy & Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own intermediary accounts
  • Drive onboarding and activation metrics
  • Drive internal collaboration and systems development
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or account management
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, and/or clean energy
  • Experience working with customers in the climate or tax credit space
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly build context around tax credit transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
