Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Strategy & Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own intermediary accounts
- Drive onboarding and activation metrics
- Drive internal collaboration and systems development
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or account management
- Experience in financial services, fintech, and/or clean energy
- Experience working with customers in the climate or tax credit space
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly build context around tax credit transactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
