Customer Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager MM.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business class advanced voice and ethernet product offers from order submission through installation
• Identify risks and gaps affecting timelines and facilitate cross-functional meetings to manage installations
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing proactive communication regarding order status and next steps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Experience with order management and project coordination
• Familiarity with advanced voice and ethernet products is a plus
