Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Resource Specialist III to support the Public Safety Officers' Benefits Office by providing customer service and administrative support for federal benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for claimants and public safety agencies regarding PSOB benefits programs
  • Provide guidance on the application and claims process for death, disability, and educational benefits
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to resolve concerns

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or two or more years of higher education from an accredited institution
  • Three or more years of benefits/claims-specific experience in a customer service environment if only holding a High School Diploma
  • Two years of customer service experience if holding an education level above High School Diploma
  • Must have reliable internet and telephone services
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
