Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Resource Specialist V to provide critical customer service and administrative support for federal benefits programs serving public safety officers and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for claimants, survivors, and public safety agencies regarding PSOB benefits programs
  • Provide guidance on the application and claims process for death, disability, and educational benefits
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Seven (7) years of benefits/claims-specific experience if only a High School Diploma is held; two (2) years of customer service experience if education is above High School Diploma
  • Reliable internet and telephone services are necessary for the role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide compassionate customer service
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
