Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Oversee email and SMS channel management, including planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or a similar role in e-commerce or retail
  • Proven track record of managing email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of email & SMS marketing platforms and customer data platforms
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing in lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
