Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process automated outbound calls to assist existing customers with order issues
  • Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases and notify them of expiring prescriptions
  • Support customers through various platforms and maintain high performance metrics

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience; sales experience preferred
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, dedicated workplace
  • Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
