Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Full-Time and Part-Time Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Experience working with an automatic dialer
- Proficient in typing and computer literacy
- Must have a PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher
- Hard-wired high-speed internet connection and USB-connected headset
