Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Full-Time and Part-Time Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Experience working with an automatic dialer
  • Proficient in typing and computer literacy
  • Must have a PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection and USB-connected headset
