Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate Representative to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries related to medication orders, billing, and account issues through calls and web support
  • Act as a communication bridge between patients and internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared
  • Handle an average of 30-50 calls daily while adhering to performance metrics and scheduled work hours

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
  • Availability to work varied shifts based on business needs
