Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate Representative to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries related to medication orders, billing, and account issues through calls and web support
- Act as a communication bridge between patients and internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared
- Handle an average of 30-50 calls daily while adhering to performance metrics and scheduled work hours
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
- Availability to work varied shifts based on business needs
