Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support and service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce environment
  • Proficiency in Shopify and helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Tidio
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
