Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Proficiency in Shopify and helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Tidio
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
