Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Ohio.

- Answering incoming calls promptly and providing accurate information to clients
- Redirecting callers to the appropriate area when necessary and processing all correspondence received
- Communicating client concerns to management and maintaining knowledge of procedures and systems
Required Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in data entry skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
