Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and verify orders from customers
  • Initiate actions for order changes and resolve order-related issues
  • Provide data for reports and perform system maintenance on order files

Required Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Proficient experience with computers
  • Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred
  • 5 years' experience in customer service with increasing responsibilities
  • Associate's degree
