Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

- Receive, process, and verify orders from customers
- Initiate actions for order changes and resolve order-related issues
- Provide data for reports and perform system maintenance on order files
Required Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- Proficient experience with computers
- Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred
- 5 years' experience in customer service with increasing responsibilities
- Associate's degree
