Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a work-from-home assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Process and document correspondence and contacts in accordance with contract requirements
- Complete system updates as required by Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Must reside in specified states for consideration
