Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide quality customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field and redirect incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Process return authorizations, track customer orders, and assist with web registrations
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and edit orders as requested

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with 1-2 years of customer service experience or a minimum of 2-year degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
