Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
  • Guide customers on their prescription benefits and document required information
  • Make outbound calls related to prescription orders and payment issues

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with using computers and Windows applications
  • Ability to work any 8 or 10-hour shift during specified hours, including weekends
  • Must have a dedicated work area and high-speed internet connection
