Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
- Guide customers on their prescription benefits and document required information
- Make outbound calls related to prescription orders and payment issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with using computers and Windows applications
- Ability to work any 8 or 10-hour shift during specified hours, including weekends
- Must have a dedicated work area and high-speed internet connection
