Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers and sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to routine and complex customer service inquiries via telephone
- Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain records of customer interactions and refer service needs to other departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No certification or licensure required
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or relevant experience
- Experience in providing service to internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on time and importance
