Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to routine and complex customer service inquiries via telephone
  • Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and refer service needs to other departments as necessary

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No certification or licensure required
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or relevant experience
  • Experience in providing service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on time and importance
