Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for hotel and operational supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers and customers, providing information and support
  • Process orders, cancellations, and returns while maintaining accurate order history and tracking
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders, including delivery discrepancies and back orders

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control processes
  • Familiarity with maintaining a customer database and internet navigation
  • Proficient in MS Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
