Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in a Medicaid call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ calls per day and respond to email communications within 24 hours
- Document customer transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as directed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- 1 year of experience in medical claims
- Ability to sit for long periods and work in a private, secured environment
