Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in a Medicaid call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 80+ calls per day and respond to email communications within 24 hours
  • Document customer transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as directed

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
  • 1 year of experience in medical claims
  • Ability to sit for long periods and work in a private, secured environment
