Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide high-quality support to clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volume inbound calls and inquiries via email and ticketing system
  • Assist clients with training and navigation of proprietary data management systems
  • Quickly resolve client issues and escalate urgent matters as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of call center or retail customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
