Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide high-quality support to clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume inbound calls and inquiries via email and ticketing system
- Assist clients with training and navigation of proprietary data management systems
- Quickly resolve client issues and escalate urgent matters as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of call center or retail customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
