Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners, addressing provider issues and escalating difficult situations as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using PC tools, including electronic mail and standard industry applications
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
