Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries while adhering to policies and procedures
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners, addressing provider issues and escalating difficult situations as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using PC tools, including electronic mail and standard industry applications
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
