Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through email and outbound calls to gather information about their financial situation
- Educate customers and loan officers on the next steps in the mortgage process
- Input and manage customer data in the system and appropriately disposition customer files
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred
