Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through email and outbound calls to gather information about their financial situation
• Educate customers and loan officers on the next steps in the mortgage process
• Input and manage customer data in the system and appropriately disposition customer files

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
• Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred
