Job Summary

A company is looking for a VBC Customer Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
  • Assist in resolving issues related to claims, authorization, and eligibility inquiries
  • Retrieve voicemails and provide relevant information based on the service queue

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, HCFA1500, and UB04 billing forms
  • Strong sense of responsibility for providing a great customer experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
