Job Summary
A company is looking for a VBC Customer Services Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
- Assist in resolving issues related to claims, authorization, and eligibility inquiries
- Retrieve voicemails and provide relevant information based on the service queue
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred
- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, HCFA1500, and UB04 billing forms
- Strong sense of responsibility for providing a great customer experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
