- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously to assist customers effectively
- Adapt to changes in procedures while maintaining professionalism and focus
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Comfortable using a computer
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in challenging situations
