Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to address insurance-related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist in problem resolution and verify information in accordance with company guidelines
  • Process policies and documents accurately and efficiently, maintaining departmental standards of productivity and accuracy


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least six months of customer service-related experience
  • Fluency in English (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute and proficiency in general PC software applications
  • Capability to navigate between multiple applications effectively
